Membership Questions
Can I use my membership at both locations?
Yes. Once both sites are upgraded to the same system, memberships will be valid at both Prince Frederick and California, MD.
These upgrades will be at our Prince Frederick location and will include upgraded wash and vacuum equipment, improved payment and membership programs, and more. They are expected to be done by the end of 2025.
What is the Magic Pass Unlimited Wash Plan?
The Magic Pass lets you wash your car every day for one low monthly fee. It’s the easiest way to keep your vehicle clean while saving time and money.
How do I sign up?
Our Online Portal is coming soon, but you can sign up in person at either of our locations!
How often can I wash my car?
As often as you’d like! You can wash all month long for about the price of two washes.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts here. Cancel anytime with no fees.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel in person at the wash. To cancel your Prince Frederick membership online, click here. Our California online portal is coming soon.
What happens when I cancel?
You will no longer be charged after your cancellation date. Your membership will remain active until your next billing cycle ends.
Are the vacuums free?
Yes. All wash purchases include unlimited use of our powerful self-serve vacuums.
What if I get a new car?
Just visit the wash and we’ll replace your RFID tag at no charge.
Car Wash Restrictions
What types of vehicles are not allowed?
We cannot accommodate the following due to safety and equipment limits:
- Hummer 1
- Hummer 2
- Ford F150 Raptor
- Ram ProMaster Series vans and trucks
- Dually Trucks
We also recommend removing trailer hitches before entering. Maximum height is 7 feet 2 inches.
Do I need to stay inside my car during the wash?
Yes. Stay inside your vehicle, keep it in neutral, and enjoy the ride through our light-filled tunnel.
Do you close during bad weather?
We are open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM at Prince Frederick and 7 AM to 9 PM at California. During rain, snow, or extreme cold, we may close to protect our equipment and keep everyone safe.

Do you offer Fleet Plans?

Do you offer any interior services?
No. We are an exterior-only express car wash. However, every wash includes access to our free vacuums and towels for your interior cleaning.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Our Online Portal is coming soon, but gift cards are available at the wash.
